Road Ambulance
As a contracted private ambulance operator with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and an onsite emergency ambulance service for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Hope responds to over 48,000 calls for help each year.
Our fleet of 42 ambulances and over 240 staff are committed to delivering compassionate service for our patient.
Hope is committed to providing the highest standards of safe, personalised and innovative services. In a bid to ensure uncompromised patient care, we have designed and developed our own ambulances to comply with stringent EU (EN1789) build and safety standards.
AMBULANCE TRANSFERS
Hope provides private ambulance services for local transfers. We specialise in a "One-Stop" approach for our patients' needs. Some of these services include

AMBULANCE TO & FROM MALAYSIA
Our ambulances are on 24/7 standby to respond to emergencies even outside of Singapore.
With operational capability to respond within an hour, we can activate our medical teams for long distance transfers even to West Malaysia.
We operate the following types of services:

For stable patients - Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulances

The medical staff on board include ICU Nurses and physicians

During long distance road ambulance transfers, we carry full resuscitation equipment and drugs and standby two drivers on the trip as part of our fatigue management strategy. Our ambulances remain in constant contact with our Singapore base to ensure that regular updates allow for timely responses.
ICU & EMERGENCY TRANSFERS
For seriously-ill patients, our ambulances can be fitted with complete life support, ventilation and monitoring equipment. Trained doctors and nurses will accompany and care for the patient throughout the journey.
Such Advanced Life Support (ALS) Transfers are used for:

We carry an extensive array of equipment and drugs on board, which allows us to care for an entire spectrum of critical ill patients, ranging from major trauma to heart attacks and even patients on full life support. Some equipment include Full function ventilators, multi-parameter monitoring, syringe pumps, infant incubator, full trauma supplies and full advance life support drugs supplies.
INFECTIOUS DISEASE TRANSPORT
Hope Ambulance is the provider for Singapore's National Emergency Infectious Disease Transport.
We are contracted by the Ministry of Health to respond and safely transfer potentially infectious disease patients from home, hospital, clinics, sea- and airports or land borders.
We have been active since the outbreaks of SARS, Avian Influenza, MERS, Ebola and ZIka. Our crew is trained in proper PPE utilisation and decontamination procedures, and our specialised patient isolation unit is NATO-certified.
