Our fleet of 42 ambulances and over 240 staff are committed to delivering compassionate service for our patient.

Hope is committed to providing the highest standards of safe, personalised and innovative services. In a bid to ensure uncompromised patient care, we have designed and developed our own ambulances to comply with stringent EU (EN1789) build and safety standards.

  • Specialised psychiatric response and transfers

Special rates are applicable for contract users and institutions.

Our ambulances are on 24/7 standby to respond to emergencies even outside of Singapore.

With operational capability to respond within an hour, we can activate our medical teams for long distance transfers even to West Malaysia.

We operate the following types of services:

  • For stable patients - Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulances

  • For critical patients - Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulances and ICU Ambulances

    • The medical staff on board include ICU Nurses and physicians

During long distance road ambulance transfers, we carry full resuscitation equipment and drugs and standby two drivers on the trip as part of our fatigue management strategy. Our ambulances remain in constant contact with our Singapore base to ensure that regular updates allow for timely responses.
